Chaviva Hosek has been appointed to the board of directors of Toronto-based Inco Ltd, the world largest producer of nickel. Hosek is president and CEO of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIAR). Prior to joining CIAR in 2001, she was director of policy and research for the Prime Minister of Canada for eight years. Hosek has also served as president of the National Action Committee on the Status of Women....
