Bell Globemedia funds new media content development

Bell Globemedia is providing $5 million over five years for multimedia content development at the Banff Centre’s New Media Institute and two other organizations.The Banff Centre will coordinate projects between itself and Toronto’s Canadian Film Centre and Montreal’s L’INIS (L’institut national de l’image et du son). The Bell Globemedia funding will support up to six projects annually and bring together experts in science, culture and the arts for new media prototypes and products.
